If you can't find the email:

• Check your Spam or Junk folder.
• Make sure you're checking the same email address that was used to make the booking.
• If someone else (such as a colleague, employer, friend, or family member) made the booking on your behalf, please ask them to forward the check-in email to you.

Yes, we have fast and FREE WiFi at all of our properties, all the details can be found in the guest information folder. 

Bridgeside Rooms

Bridgeside Rooms does not have on-site parking due to its central location in the heart of Ironbridge.

Guests have access to a free, secure car park, which is available on a first-come, first-served basis and therefore cannot be guaranteed. If this car park is full, there are several public car parks just a short walk from the property.

The Old Rodney

The Old Rodney does not have dedicated on-site parking. However, there are spacious public car parks located close to the property. Parking is included as part of your stay, and full details of how the parking works will be provided before your arrival.

Before You Arrive

You will receive an email before your check-in containing full directions, parking information, and your arrival instructions.

Please ensure that the email address provided with your booking is one that you can access before and during your stay, as all check-in information will be sent electronically.

All of our properties are located in the centre of Ironbridge, a historic town with sloping streets and uneven terrain. Please be aware that access to all of our accommodation involves an incline, and none of our properties have a lift.

Bridgeside Rooms

Bridgeside Rooms is accessed via an incline, and due to the age and character of the building, it is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

For guests who wish to avoid stairs, we do offer two ground-floor rooms:

• The Ironbridge Room
• The Gorge Room

These rooms do not require the use of internal stairs. However, there is still an incline leading to the main entrance of the property.

The Old Rodney

The Old Rodney is a second-floor self-catering apartment with its own private entrance. Access to the property is via an incline followed by a flight of external steps. Once inside, the apartment is all on one level.

As with Bridgeside Rooms, due to the nature and age of the building, The Old Rodney is not wheelchair accessible.
